Automatically collected information: When you access MULTIPLIERAPP or open one of our HTML emails, we may automatically record certain information from your system using cookies and other types of tracking tools. This automatically collected information may include Internet Protocol (IP) address, a unique user ID, device type, device identifiers, browser types and language, referring and exit pages, platform type, installed software version, system type, the content and pages you access on MULTIPLIERAPP, number of clicks, amount of time spent on pages, dates and times you visit MULTIPLIERAPP, and other similar information.

If you access your MULTIPLIERAPP account through a third-party connection or login (such as Google, Facebook, Apple or LinkedIn), MULTIPLIERAPP will receive and store information about your account from that service for authentication purposes, including your email address, username, user IDs, profile photo, and any other basic account information you have made publicly available.

By sending us personally identifying information through the MultiplierApp Services, we may use it to operate, maintain and provide you with the general and personalized features and functionality of MULTIPLIERAPP, and also to process any bookings or correspondence you send us.

To facilitate the MultiplierApp Service, we obtain and use the name and streaming channel key for each platform you have connected to MULTIPLIERAPP.

MULTIPLIERAPP does not share your personal information with other organizations for marketing or promotional purposes without your prior express consent.

MULTIPLIERAPP may disclose automatically collected non-personal information and other aggregated non-personal information to interested third parties, to help such parties understand the usage and demographic patterns of certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions or other features of MULTIPLIERAPP.

We may disclose personal and non-personal information to service providers working on our behalf to: provide website hosting, maintenance and security services; fulfill orders placed by you; analyze data and generate reports; offer certain features; and assist MULTIPLIERAPP in improving the MultiplierApp Service and creating new features and services.

The provisions of this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Brazil. For all matters, the User can contact the administrator via the website or via email: contato@multiplierapp.live and suporte@multiplierapp.live.

The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected during the use of our environment, either through the tools offered by the platform itself, or by directly contacting the administrator. This right may be restricted in accordance with Brazilian legislation.

If the User is aware that their personal data has been compromised, they must immediately notify the Administration so that the necessary security measures can be taken.

Once the relationship between MULTIPLIERAPP and the user is discontinued, data will be stored by MULTIPLIERAPP securely until deletion is requested.

If you wish to delete all data associated with your account, send us a request to suporte@multiplierapp.live or via the website www.multiplierapp.live. This action is irreversible and can be requested at any time.
