How to delete your data

The data MultiplierApp processes on behalf of the MAIA, Vozes, Glória and Musa products is managed inside the product itself. You request the deletion yourself, without having to contact anyone.

Step by step

  1. 1Sign in to your product account (MAIA, Vozes, Glória or Musa).
  2. 2Open the "My data and privacy" menu.
  3. 3Choose "Data on MultiplierApp".
  4. 4Request the deletion of your data and confirm.

What happens next

After the request there is a 30-day grace period. During this time you can change your mind and keep everything as it is.

When the grace period ends, your personal data is anonymised. Only what the law requires is kept, such as tax records.
